American CPE, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to NASBA through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
We are a 2 billion dollar private for-profit corporation with 6 CPAs in our office. We have used American CPE for our continuing education requirements for the past few years and are very pleased with the selection of courses and how easy it is to access.
