Objective: This course is approved by the California Board of Accountancy and satisfies the two-hour regulatory review requirement required of licensees every six years.. This ethics requirement is in addition to four hours of general ethics education due each license renewal period.

It is designed for California CPAs to meet the 2 hour Regulatory Review requirement. It includes a review of current the California Accountancy Act and the current California Board of Accountancy Regulations. Also included are historic and recent disciplinary actions taken by the Board to help illustrate how the acts and regulations are enforced.

A passing grade of 90% is required by the California Board of Accountancy.
